-Facilities

Bishwa Bhasha Campus owns a modern visual laboratory donated by the Japan Foundation. The Campus also owns audio-visual aids for language teaching purposes. For effective language teaching, the Campus uses such teaching aids as Films, video films and audio-cassettes in the class-rooms.

The Campus also encourages research on the languages taught, especially on the Nepali language and related topics of Nepalese history, culture and literature. For instance, a Nepali-Korean dictionary has already been published and a project on Nepali proverbs is in the process of publication.

The outstanding Nepali students in some languages such as Japanese, Spanish, and Chinese may enjoy an opportunity to study the respective languages abroad. The Campus is trying to seek such opportunities in other languages as well.

Special facilities:

1. Language scholars can be provided if someone wants to research in any language taught at the Campus.
2. The teachers provide services of translation whenever needed on governmental, non-governmental, organizational and individual basis. At present, we provide the service of translation in 13 different languages.
3. The Campus conducts Language Proficiency Test (LPT) of any language taught in the campus. The rate for LPT is the following:
   • For Nepalese nationals : Rs. 500 per test
   • For Expatriate nationals: US $ 10 per Skill.
     • Skills tested are: reading, writing, listening and speaking.
