Welcome to the Campus of International Languages (CIL), the only campus under Tribhuvan University offering Language courses in Nepal, heading toward institute. We offer language programs in four Himalayan languages--Nepali, Sanskrit, Newari, and Tibetan—to the expatriate students and in several foreign languages to the Nepalese students.

We offer exciting opportunities for learning languages in a multicultural atmosphere. I believe the multicultural environment the Campus offers certainly provide students an international perspective in their outlook and vision. Our current students—Nepali and expatriate both—feel themselves fortunate for their exposure to different beliefs, customs, and religions. And I reinstate our commitment to bring many cultural traditions to CIL students on a daily basis.

I am proud of our faculty who are dedicated to achieving the goal of the Campus, that is, to produce human resource capable of communicating with people speaking different languages. Our faculty endeavor to make students feel at home in our stimulating learning environment.

I am also proud of the infrastructures the CIL has. Our library has a good collection of textbooks and reference materials. The CIL also has an audio-visual library equipped with modern language learning facilities.
